MCA Architects and TTSP HWP unite to form a pan-European leader in data-centre design and engineering.03 December 2025
MCA Architects and TTSP HWP, the German data centre advisory firm, announce today the creation of a fully integrated European group dedicated to design, engineering and project delivery for large and complex data centres. Building on years of successful collaboration, the two firms will now operate under a joint leadership structure, aligning their teams, expertise and long-term strategy to serve hyper-scalers and global digital-infrastructure clients across Europe.
The combined entity will operate as one unified group reflecting the ambition of both firms to provide consistent, world-class data centre advisory services across borders.
Alexander Hauser, CEO of TTSP HWP, will serve as CEO of the combined group, working closely with MCA’s leadership as part of a shared governance model.
With offices in Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Cologne and Dublin, and more than 240 professionals across architecture, engineering, master planning and project management, the new group is uniquely positioned to support the expansion of hyper- scalers, cloud providers and colocation operators as they scale their European footprint. Its unified operating model ensures consistent quality, technical excellence and sustainability standards from one country to another.
MCA, the leading Irish architectural practice with 35 years of experience, brings deep expertise in high-performance, sustainable design and a strong track record in mission-critical facilities.
TTSP HWP, equally marking 35 years since its founding in 1991, is one of Germany’s foremost advisors in the data-centre sector, with extensive experience delivering complex facilities for global clients.
Together, they have combined their strengths to create a highly complementary platform of expertise, designed to accelerate growth across key European markets.
In January 2025, TTSP HWP was acquired by Tikehau Capital, the global alternative asset manager with €51.1bn of assets under management, through its private equity decarbonisation strategy. Tikehau Capital’s investment provides long-term support for the combined entity’s European expansion, reinforcing its capacity to deliver energy-efficient, next-generation data centres aligned with the highest sustainability standards.
