International Hotel Ballsbridge

Ballsbridge, Dublin 4

MCA were appointed the local architect for this prestigious project, working in association with the client’s Californian based architects Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo. The design and construction of this 250 bed 5-star hotel has a total floor area more than 30,000 m² and is in the grounds of the historical Royal Dublin Society.

MCA provided all local architectural services including production drawings and specifications together with the contract administration and completion. MCA helped deliver this landmark five star hotel design, which evokes the luxury and premium quality synonymous with the world famous Four Seasons brand.
