MCA provided full refurbishment and fit out design services for the project which involved the complete strip out of the existing building and external glazing and brickwork.

Penthouse steel structure

The construction included the addition of a 5th floor penthouse steel structure along with new external brickwork, glazing and roof covering. The internal works involved the refurbishment and fit-out of office floors 1-4 to CAT A Landlord Standard.
