MCA have been appointed to act as Executive Architect, in association with Shay Cleary Architects, for this exciting new office building located in Dublin’s up and coming northern dockland area.

Located directly beside the 3 Arena, this building will have a unitized, glazed façade outside of which will sit a distinctive, blue painted, steel 'Exoskeleton' which will celebrate the maritime tradition of the adjoining docklands. It will comprise nearly 16,025 m² of commercial office space with bicycle / car parking and shower / changing facilities at the Basement Levels and extensive hard landscaping to the surrounding Point Square at street level.

The height of the building varies from 9 to 18 storeys, with an extensive roof terrace at Level 09. One of its many defining features will include the cantilevered nature of the office accommodation, which will start some 8 metres above ground level and the 3 oval shaped, reinforced concrete cores sitting below - 2 of which will be provided with glazed, entrance / reception boxes.
