MCA were appointed by Lidl Ireland as the Executive Architect for the design of this mixed-use development based in north Dublin. The student accommodation forms a key part of this scheme and comprises two blocks – A and B. The C Block is a dedicated retail store for the client.
Completed at the end of 2020, these purpose-built student accommodations are designed to encourage social engagement and promote student well being with bright and airy spaces, both shared and private. The residences include 364 bed spaces comprising a mix of student houses and studios. There is a provision for communal spaces and games rooms, as well as secure cycle parking and retail/café units.
