MCA have been appointed to design a new scheme for the redevelopment of the Crumlin Shopping Centre on the main Crumlin Road.
It includes a new layout of 14,000m2 of retail floor space with ample parking of 490 spaces. The new scheme will rearrange the existing smaller retail units, create a new mall and relocate the service yard.
The overall look and feel will be a significant departure from its current form and will increase customer flow and enhance the shopping experience for the neighbourhood.
