The Lidl Northern Ireland office comprised of the extension and fit out of an existing cellular office building. Based on a hot desking open plan collaborative workplace strategy the space was designed to maximize employees’ potential through the creation of “I” and “we” spaces.

This bright airy dual aspect office environment with a central “team” zone at first floor level with fresh colour scheme inspires and ground floor comprises training and meeting rooms, red changing zone and yellow shared canteen with external terrace.

The provision of multiple settings means Lidl staff are provided with a choice of how and where they wish to work within the space.
