IPUT plc, Ireland’s premier property fund, sought an innovative designed office space for their new headquarters on the penthouse floor of 47- 49 St Stephen’s Green. The overarching objective of this refurbishment project was to deliver a highly specified Grade A office space.

MCA delivered a spacious, premium office space, including conference rooms, cellular and open offices and staff café. The interiors were crafted by artisan suppliers using the best materials to befit the client’s association with precision and quality buildings.

Bespoke furniture and decor was meticulously chosen, along with fine art pieces of Irish origin selected for each and every space, much of it drawing direct links with the city.
