An imaginative remodelling of Plantation House, accommodating a state-of-the-art recording and editing facilities.

MCA carried out full architectural and project management services in connection with modifications and fit out of approximately 1,500 m² at Plantation House to form new state-of-the art recording studios with support facilities and offices.
The works also included the construction of a three-storey glazed entrance lobby allowing for a more generous, double height reception area together with the addition of a platform lift to achieve universal accessibility. A new link bridge at first floor level facilitates greater communication and circulation between the two office areas.
The roof was also modified to provide additional usable space and a screened garden terrace.
