Careful consideration was given to the fitout of 4no floors of the 3 Dublin Landings space for IPUT Real Estate Dublin as landlord and ALG as tenant. ALG would occupy these 4no floors on a temporary basis while their NWQ offices undergoes extensive redevelopment.

The design had to be robust so as to suit IPUTs future requirements, providing a flexible / neutral pallet while also taking into consideration ALG’s high-quality legal firm finish. Bookable workstations are supported by various meeting rooms, breakout spaces, coffee points and lockers across all floors. This provided ALG the opportunity to test out a new style of working, replacing the traditional cellular office with a flexible / hybrid work setting. This in turn, provides flexibility for IPUT, allowing the space to be easily converted for future tenants.
